Frascold completes the range of transcritical CO2 compressors with the Q10-TK series, 7, 8, 10 m3 / h at 4 cylinders, able to offer the best ratio between performance, weight and volume, in accordance with market needs such as, for example, the need to standardize booster stations according to a modular approach.
The Retail market is, in fact, increasingly moving towards transcritical CO2 solutions and, in this sense, the R744 stands as the natural refrigerant on which the highest expectations are placed. It ensures numerous environmental benefits, with a zero ODP and a GWP of 1, in perfect compliance with the constraints prescribed in the Kigali Protocol, the F-gas Regulation, the carbon tax active in different countries and in compliance with the European Ecodesign directive.
Superior performance, in terms of volumetric displacement in a compact and light solution: the choice of adopting 4 cylinders even on small sizes allows Frascold to keep its promise to the market to produce solutions characterized by maximum stability and silence, characteristics that distinguish all systems of the Company. In addition, the reduction of vibrations, combined with a low oil entrainment, translate into superior reliability for the entire system.
The flexibility of the Q10-TK series is also noteworthy: by virtue of the possibility of a modular composition, this solution is ideal for a wide range of applications, from small and medium-sized city stores, which are experiencing a phase of strong growth, up to the big stores. In detail, the Q10-TK family consists of the models Q10-7TK, Q10-8TK, Q10-10TK which allow to cover nominal volumetric displacements from 7 to 10 m3 / h at 50 Hz. Modulation of the cooling capacity is also allowed by frequency variation from 30 to 70 Hz.
Finally, the models of the new series can be equipped with the innovative CapaFlexTM cold regulation system, patented by the company. An exclusive mechanical device, which allows you to modulate the cooling capacity continuously, without having to use an inverter and based on the actual needs of the application, in favor of maximum energy efficiency, lower installation and maintenance costs.
