Emerson brings to the market a new technology that the company says would "change the cards" in the commercial refrigeration industry.

The brand new scroll compressors for transcritical CO2 allow you to take a big step forward in sustainable refrigeration. These compressors are equipped with the new DVI - Dynamic Vapor Injection technology, which enables smoother and more efficient operation of CO2 booster systems in all climates, while keeping costs low. The DVI technology onboard Copeland Scroll compressors allows the flash gas to be injected directly from the economizer or from the flash gas tank into the compressor through a non-return valve.

This innovative concept enables more efficient and smoother operation of CO2 booster systems in any climate, making CO2 more attractive than ever as a refrigerant and enabling it to be used on a large scale. In fact, DVI technology reduces system complexity, eliminating the need for parallel compression without compromising efficiency.
