Clauger announces that it has completed the acquisition of GEA's system installation and maintenance activities in Spain and Italy, thus strategically continuing towards international development, boasting already established existing networks in both geographic areas. The two parties agreed not to disclose the financial details of the transaction, being subject to customary closing conditions. The deadline for the operation is set for summer 2021.
